Golden larches illuminated, against the deep green of the mountainside. 

A realistic endeavour meets a washed out abstracted peripheral.

I tried to have this stay loose, with big strokes of colour as well as the ultra controlled detail in the main trees. Fall is so incredible because of the radiant glow of these trees, they are so yellow / golden / orange / sienna / electric with the sun. This fall I decided to tackle these as well as start adding more colour to my work. Nature repeating itself again, me an animal playing with the colors I see.
